For as long as you remain a SecureIT®
subscriber,

Network Security
On-site Service
Our experienced team of
certified engineers provides on-site service for virtually any
computer, networking or application-related issues. Service
calls are available to fix problems, perform maintenance and
upgrades, or install new infrastructural components. You choose how
much on-site service you need each month and how you want to use it.
Help Desk Support
If you or your users are
having a problem or need help, simply pick up the phone and call, or
send an email to our support group. Our remote access
capabilities allow us to solve most issues in minutes, without the
need for an on-site service call.
Remote Monitoring
We continually monitor
your network for problems and potential problems. This
allows us to proactively manage firewalls, servers, and other
network devices and quickly respond to help you avoid or reduce
costly downtime. In fact, we will often know about issues
before you do.

Our Commitment to You

our SecureIT® Program that we provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
for all SecureIT customers. If our performance commitments are
