Atvantage Introduces SecureIT® Program
 

New Program Provides Comprehensive IT Support for Small and Medium Sized Businesses

Orem, UT, April 15, 2004 – Atvantage, LLC, a leader in outsourced technology solutions, today announced the rollout of its ground-breaking managed service program, SecureIT®.  The program is immediately available throughout the United States.

SecureIT® is a complete “all-in-one” solution that bundles hardware, software and professional services into a comprehensive outsourced IT program.  It provides many of the technologies and benefits that have traditionally been reserved for large companies that have their own full-time IT Department, at a fraction of the cost.  Core components include internet security, remote VPN access, antivirus protection & management, internet content filtering, anti-spam, end-user help desk support and on-site service.  Additional services available include web hosting, “spamless” email hosting, and a unique intranet hosting option that allows companies to build their own corporate intranet with a simple point-and-click interface.

SecureIT® is so named because it places particular emphasis on network security.  In fact, the program guarantees that customers’ networks will remain free of viruses, Trojans and worms or Atvantage will clean any infected machines at no cost.  The program also includes an SLA (Service Level Agreement) with guaranteed performance metrics and response times.
